Registered in Hong Kong, with a Representative Office in Shanghai and a subsidiary company, Trade Solutions India Ltd., in Mumbai / India, we are a trade finance and advisory company, specializing in advising on all kinds of trade finance, as well as organizing seminars and training related to trade finance.With 16 years experience of its employees in the trade business, China Trade Solutions has an extensive knowledge of the worldwide forfaiting market, structured trade finance market and factoring. We help our clients to place various asset types and receivables, and organize trade finance seminars and training for banks and corporates.From July 2003 until December 2004, about USD 250 million in trade transactions were handled via our company.

Managing Director - Holger Kebernik was born in 1967 and started his professional career in 1988. Working in various functions, he moved to Dresdner Bank's Frankfurt Head Office,and then to Dresdner Bank Shanghai in 1997 and Dresdner Bank Singapore in 2000,where he was responsible for all Forfaiting activities in Asia. In October 2000, he moved back to Shanghai to work as Head of Forfaiting Greater China for West LB AG,introducing Forfaiting to the Chinese Market. Mr. Kebernik has written numerous articles on Trade Finance and Forfaiting in Asia, and is a regular speaker on these topics at seminars in the Asia Pacific Region.

Senior Marketing Manager - Jane Gu was born in 1978, and after graduating from Shanghai Normal University in 1999, obtained a Bachelor Degree in International Management from the International School of Economics in Rotterdam/Netherlands and a Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting from the Rotterdam Business School. Having working in a trade company after her return to Shanghai, she has joined our team in December 2004.

Somnath Roy has more than 30 years of experience in the Indian and Indian Subcontinent market. He worked with ICICI Bank, Lazard India Ltd, West LB India and most recently as Managing Director of Global Trade Finance Ltd. (A joint venture between West LB, Eximbank and International Finance Corporation). He heads our subsidiary Trade Solutions India starting from January 2005
